We are a family run HSE approved Gluten Free Bakery producing hand-made gluten free breads and confectionery. Our story began when we struggled to source non-mass produced gluten free options for our son who is gluten intolerant.
Following this we began experimenting with recipes and decided to bring the freshest and most delicious gluten free produce within the market.
Established in 2019, we purpose built our bakery to eliminate cross contamination within our products.
Presently, we attend farmers markets in Dundalk, Skerries,and Herbert Park to reach out to those who are coeliac, gluten intolerant, and any folk who have decided to eliminate gluten from their diet.
